I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get the date and timeframe I wanted. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. He explained the process and set expectations for my older carpet. I had two rooms and stairs cleaned and was very happy with the results. I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor who saw the truck in the driveway.

Joe came out to my house to do my cleaning he was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. He explained the process in detail & went over many things. The van tank of water became full he took gal pails & filled them up & kept them in the back of the van to properly dump the water. carpets look good & I would use them again.
