Dan Relyea and Alex arrived on time, were polite and courteous, were very thorough, explained the procedures and fees, and asked if we had any questions. They did an amazing job getting out the stains in our carpet and our high traffic areas looked so much better! This is our third experience with zerorez. Our first experience was great, the second was ok, but our recent cleaning was exceptional. We are so pleased with the service of Dan and Alex and how well our carpets, chair, and rug look!

Excellent service. The tech always keeps me updated throughout the service if there’s a spot that isn’t coming up. I’ve used Zerorez 3-4 times now and will again in the furture.

great service. I was amazed at how careful they were to keep everything clean, coming in and out and the results ! This was a gift to my Daughter, to clean her carpets... I told Dominic, his work was cut out for him, trying to get some of the stains out, then....wow, he did it! the carpets looked and smelled so clean!

I like your service. I was sorry to see that you went away with the booties. Two years ago the guys would leave me with those blue booties to avoid stepping on the wet carpet for the next day or two. Didn't get those the last couple of times.

Carpet cleaning is the best!

He was very knowledgeable about what type of treatments I needed for my carpet. I wasn't expecting a miracle being I have never had my carpet cleaned before. I was very happy with the results in the high traffic areas.
