Smells great and looks even better when they are finished . I have carpeting in my lower level that is 25 years old and if they can make THAT look good I’m sold!! Very polite and knowledgeable technicians.

I had 3 rooms, a hallway, and some stairs cleaned. One of the rooms was a "problem" room where one of my dogs had peed a few times. With a small house, the urine smell had become prevalent throughout the house with air circulation. After ZeroRez treated that area and cleaned it the smell is COMPLETELY GONE! And the carpets overall look amazing - like new! I love ZeroRez and would recommend it to anyone! Ryan, the technician, was really knowledgable and professional - he did a great job! THANKS!

Everything - services, guarantees, quotes, conditions - is plainly spelled out and explained up front. Technician was very open about what could and could not be done, what results we could expect, as well as possible problems. He was polite, knowledgeable, and concerned about doing a quality job for us. We have brand new carpet and he was especially careful and respectful of it.
