Steve did an incredible job. He was very thorough with explaining the options to remove pet stains. He even got on his hands and knees to smell the bad spots. I would absolutely recommend ZEROREZ to my friends and family. The carpet looked nearly new!
Here's the bad news. The next day, the storm flooded one of our window wells and several gallons of water soaked the carpet. It also re-activated the pet smell. We are tearing out the carpet this week. :( Hopefully we can harvest enough of the uncontaminated carpet to use in one of our smaller bedrooms.
