My carpet upstairs has not been replaced since we moved in (23 years ago). I have used my own steam cleaner (which is no comparison to your machines!) over the years. I was very pleased with my first experience with Zerorez! I had a stain and it seemed to have gotten worse, not better after the first attempt at removing it. I let your customer service team know and they scheduled for a follow up treatment without any hassle. I am sad the stain didn't completely come out of my brand new carpet but it was much better after the second treatment. I would highly recommend your service to anyone based on the customer service that I received. Thank you for a pleasant experience after a not-so pleasant experience of having my child almost ruin my new carpet.
