Ryan was really knowledgeable and helpful and tried really hard to get my concerns resolved. He explained and did his best to get the worse dog odors out after I got carpet cleaning on May31. He told me that he would do something else if the odors come back after 72hours if cleaning. I think he showed his pride in his work and willing to make customers happy and satisfied. I think he is a great asset for your company and team.

I’ll admit I was a little skeptical when trying Zero Rez. I had a room that was in pretty bad shape. Severe pet dander issue/smell, rust and bright red/pink makeup stains in White carpet that I thought no way in heck they were coming out. I thought for sure I’d have to replace the carpet. Someone referred me and I thought why not!
I was absolutely amazed at what the room was like afterwards. It’s loke a totally different room— no more smell OR stains. Definitely will be having them come back out again if I have any issues/problems! Might even become a yearly thing for me! Thank you Zero rez for the amazing results!!
