We have been using Zerorez for 4 years and have been very pleased with their professional cleaning techs that have come to clean our carpets. They are very thorough and do an excellent job in keeping our carpets not only looking clean but smelling clean. We love them!

I believe the service provided was a little on the expensive side once all the add ons were taken into account, but other than that the representative that came out was great! He was knowledgeable and very friendly!
