This was just the second time we have used zerorez.....recommended by a friend... and again were very satisfied. Our living room carpet is 22 years old and still came out looking great. We are very happy with the results. The tech that came was polite, well mannered, explained things well and was not pushy about any extras. Next time around it will be Zerorez again!

I have used Zerorez many times and will not ever use another carpet/floor cleaning service.
The service people are punctual, polite, competent & thorough. The carpets stay clean a long time. There is no residue to rise to the surface & cause spotting.

Your technician Juan was very knowledgeable, courteous and truly made us feel that he cared very much for going over and above to do an exceptional job. He cleaned up any dust or debris that was on our floors arising from the duct cleaning and left the inside of our home as meticulous as it was prior to his doing his job. Highly recommend!

I like that Zerorez does not use sticky cleaners in the carpets and they stay cleaner longer. They vacuum the water out so well that the carpet is not too wet to walk on after it's been clean. The staff who have been to our house to do the work have all been wonderful! They are courteous and make sure I am happy with the job. They also do an excellent job of telling me AHEAD of time what it will cost to do what I want them to do. I won't use anyone else!
