Was VERY pleased with our service with Zerorez. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the man who came here but he was very friendly and polite and gave me all the information I needed. Got out a dog vomit stain completely. Was out in good time. Have used them before and will continue to use them.

John (our service provider) was very thorough in his explanation of the cleaning process and was very willing to respond to specific requests! He also shared information about your spot remover product and was thoughtful to leave a sample with a $10.00 gift card. We are very satisfied with the completed work...good job!

Heilen deserves a huge raise. She was so professional and explained things so well. She had me check on everything she did and answered any questions I had.I have run my own business for 30 and one for 40 years and know how to treat customers. She has it down pat. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her customers. She did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets and even my husband said how nice they look and how she knew her job well. She is a true leader and we will recommend all our friends to her. Thank you so much for sending Heilen to us. JOB WELL DONE!!
