The carpet was amazing afterwards. However, I felt pressure to spend more then intended quote. I think it came from a good place on the salesmen side but I really just wanted my carpet cleaned.

The service guy truly listened to the specifics of our carpet. He did his best to protect our floors and trim before cleaning. He walked me through the room at the end to ensure he cleaned all we asked.

Nathan was awesome. Really understood the job at hand and was very accommodating at explaining the cleaning process. Was worth every penny. Had carpet that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time (years) and it looks great.

He was on time, fast, friendly! We had problem areas and knew they were not going to come up but wow, it looked better then I could have imagined. Carpet looks wonderful!! What took me so long to use them...dont know but will be using them in the future!
