So quick to get done. The service man was Super nice and very cordial. Looks really great when they leave but as the carpet dried a few of the spots re-appeared. that would be my only concern.

I was easy to schedule the appointment. I was given a call the day before confirming the appointment, and a call the morning of from the tech letting me know when he would arrive. Zach was very professional, going about his job very efficiently. He asked me about the work I wanted done, and made suggestions. Very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very happy with the service. It was easy to schedule, and the communication was good and convenient. It’s always more expensive than you think it’s going to be. I had small blood spots on the carpet which did not come out at all so I was disappointed in that. I would recommend Zerorez though.

What do you like about our products and services?

I had my furniture cleaned on Friday. Hellen Robledo-Ceballos was the person who cleaned the furniture. She was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do before she started. She asked if I had any questions before she started. I was very impressed with her and with the results on my furniture.
