Very good service. The guys came right on time, in fact a bit early which was nice. They did a very good job and told us exactly what they were doing and what came out of the vents, which gave us nice feedback as to when we are to do this again. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprises. Would refer others to Zerorez!
Our service tech, Ryan, was amazing!! He was very personable and professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpet. He was also very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining issues related to the carpet cleaning process. He assured us that if we had any further problems with odor etc...he would be happy to come back and resolve the problem. The carpet looks really nice and I feel like I learned a lot about carpet from Ryan. I would definitely use Zerorez for any carpet cleaning in the future! Thank you for your high quality service!!

Daryl was my technician. I had a big issue that he resolved for me.
My daughter had a concussion and for her at home therapy it was suggested to make a walking path down the hallway. She did this with duck tape. It had been down for 2 years. I figured I'd just have to replace carpet one day.
He helped me remove and was able to get carpet underneath clean. !!!!
I also have 2 dogs, he took care of their issues as well.
