The tech that worked on my property, Garrett L., was amazing. My property is in Minnesota and I live in Texas. Working with a company that can accommodate me in this situation can sometimes be difficult. Garrett is by far the best tech I have worked with not just at Zerorez but at any company when dealing with my property and the distance. His phone calls were polite - great customer service. He also answered all of my questions and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. Garrett is a great representative for your company!

The pet stain remover (or stain treatment in general) was amazing. Although I could not see many of the left behind residual spots of pet accidents fron years past, I was amazed at how clean and fresh my carpet is. Who knew! I have a home cleaner that is great for the occasional feel fresh or accident clean up, but I highly recommend Zerorez. The technician, Dominic, laid out the options to me but accepted no for an answer. In the end I did the treatment and I'm so happy I did. Domonic was great, friendly, honest, courteous and knowledgeable of the product and carpet stains and carpet in general. I've never thought to tip for a service like this, but I was compelled to tip him. Ive at a couple other popular companies clean carpets in the past and have never been as happy. If you are wondering, the stains have not resurfaced as it dried, though I understand it was possible. Thank you Dominic and Zerorez.
