The guys are always courteous and knowledgeable. They are considerate and double check to make sure you are both on the same page. They always clean up after themselves. Yesterday, they did leave my screen door on ‘open’ which surprised me when I opened the front door.

I love that you are “green” and non toxic! It’s very important for me and my family to be safe from harmful chemicals. I also appreciated our service tech - Ethan. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating - are carpets and upholstery turned out great. We are very happy with the results. Thank you!

The gentlemen did an excellent job of getting dirt out of our rental carpeting that I didn't think was possible. Very kind and courteous. They have wonderful customer service skills, which is a big PLUS in my book!!

Daryl did a great job on carpet that hadn't been cleaned for a few years and cleaned tile as well. He took four area rugs back to be cleaned. We are pleased with the results.

Technician was great - he was clear about the optional add-ons to treatment but there was never any pressuring. He did a great job and was extremely thorough. We would definitely recommend his work to others.
