I had my carpets cleaned by zerorez for the first time recently. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the cleaning and with the customer service. Nate walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He told me some things about my carpet that I didn't even know! The carpets looked amazing after the cleaning. I could really see the difference, especially on our stairs. They were sparkling clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
