first exposure is your "staff, they were professional and very friendly. not always the case. Having run a service business for 40 years I would remind your field crew of this tenet. customer relations is primary, assuming you also do the work correctly. These guys did a great job, no messes, and thorough but efficeint.

It was the best carpet cleaning we've had. Raphael did an excellent job of not only explaining the treatment process for cleaning our carpet but he also did an expert job of reducing some serious pet odors. If I could give Raphael a 12 for a rating I would. And best of all, the carpet doesn't "crunch" after it dried. Like it did after the last time we had a carpet cleaning service in. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
