I had a very wonderful experience with both the air duct technician and the carpet technician on the same day. The scheduling was perfect with the ducts first. They overlappeda little. Both called first with a window of time. They then called ahead again when they were on their way. I found this very respectful of the customer time. The duct technician showed me video on his phone of the furnace and dryer. I got an itemized bill sent to my email for both services. Everything was explained as they went along. I had some questions for future cleaning of my area rugs with specific informaltion about taking them in to the service area and cost etc. I am very happy with the services. My carpets stay cleaner longer with zerorez.
