Justin was my technician..he was polite, on time and explained everything completely. He went above and beyond to provide his cleaning service. One of my carpets had a strong residual pet odor from a prior cleaning. When Justin left, there was a slight odor but after the carpet dried, no more odor! My carpets look new and I am no longer embarrassed by an odor in the room. Actually my whole house smells better! Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend him. I will request him for any cleaning I have in the future. Thanks Justin!

I was very pleased with our carpet cleaning by Zerorez!
Shawn was our Cleaning Tech. He called about 15 minutes prior to arrival at our home. We talked about the carpets that were scheduled to be cleaned and he got started! He was very polite used booties, a runner and doorway rounder for the hose! I've had Zerorez clean our carpets and even our air ducts on previous visits. I give Zerorez 5 Stars!

This team did the best job yet. They made sure my carpet was extra dry so wiking did not occur and leave large spots that came up out of the pad like last time

I also had them clean an arm chair and it looks like new. She pointed out a couple of small spots that did not come out.
