I love Zerorez. But this time I am not impressed, but disappointed. We had urine stains, and this time, after he cleaned, it smells so strong!! We always pretreat spills and dog accidents with our Zerorez spray. And never had smells. And he killed a spot on our grass with chemicals. The hubby is super mad.

Les and Tom arrived as scheduled, after providing a nice reminder courtesy call. They provided neat and efficient service and our carpets looked great when they left. They seemed very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. This is the third time we’ve used Zerorez with positive results. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!
