The technician was punctual, personable, and effiecient. He did an excellent job both cleaning and answering questions. He seemed to really know why certain results occurred in cleaning, such as why a certain stain couldn 't be removed. We are very happy with the results.

Tech was on time and took great care of my carpets, 2 hours to clean 2 rooms and steps which was appreciated. Clean up was first class as well, shoes with plastic liners on them and dooors were all sealed shut on a very cold day - A PLUS!

Liked that the service guy was timely; liked that he explained everything...and asked if I had questions. Liked that he did not pressure me into buying other products or add on rooms (but he did kindly explain benefits of add ons) LIKED THAT HE GOT THE STAINS OUT OF OUR CARPET AND THE WHOLE CARPET LOOKS AMAZING NOW!!! :)
