Spots don't usually come back because no soap is used.

We had Dash as our service tech and he did a great job. He was timely, friendly and professional and did a great job on three of our rooms that all needed bio jobs done. The results have been great, all smells gone and very clean!

I like that it dries very quickly. It also seems that there is more power and suction because it's not a stand alone unit. Our carpets and stairs turned out very nice and clean!

I had put off this off for a long time and our carpets were pretty dirty. They look nice a clean now. There was no lingering odor or crunchiness and they were dry within 24 hours despite some very humid weather.

We needed to have the carpets cleaned before our mom's house could be sold. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly; the fellow that did the cleaning did an amazing job and we would not hesitate to ask for him if/when we have any additional need for carpet cleaning.
