Neal was very pleasant and professional. He listened to my concerns about high traffic areas and pet stains. Neal pretreated all of those areas and then did an excellent job of cleaning all of the rooms as well as the stairs! We appreciate that the Zerorez process contains no harsh chemicals and is child and pet friendly.

I posted on your FB page how pleased I was with the service you provided my mom. She is 101 years old and lives on her own on her townhouse. We had Zerorez come to clean her carpets.
