I like that it worked. My basement carpet was a disaster with stains everywhere and I can’t find one stain right now. I love how it’s safe for pets and children especially since I’m a daycare provider and I have a dog. I can’t believe how fast the cleaning was done. I thought it was going to take al day but it took an hour.

I was thoroughly impressed with how well Zerorez worked for my old, dirty carpeting. I have pets and over the years, my Hoover shampooer just wasn't cutting it any longer. My carpeting now looks nearly new, and it is 15 years old! Amazing results...I am thrilled! And the technicians who came out were very polite and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. A wonderful experience all around!

Effective and product comes out looking great. No harsh smells. The tech was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything several times and confirmed with me what I wanted done. I will be hiring you again and have already told several people to hire you for carpet cleaning.
