I've used Zerorez before and was very happy with how my carpets were cleaned in 2017. Made another appointment for this week. Kyle, who took my order, was very personable, professional and helpful.
Jeff Dalrymple and his trainee Roosevelt came on time yesterday and did a great job on carpets in three rooms. We have a dog who occasionally decides he'd rather go inside than outside and two cats (the female is older and sometimes dribbles and,sadly, we aren't talking basketball). The carpets looked great when the Zerorez team finished and, more importantly, the carpets look and smell fresh today.
We will continue to use Zerorez and I already recommended Zerorez to a friend this morning.
I have no problem with Zerorez using my first name and initial (First name removed L.), but not my whole name.
The service is always a 10, you can always depend on Zerorez to do the job right.
