We had dog issues and we're given options that were explained very thoroughly and they worked extremely well. Service Rep was really knowledgeable and seemed to be proud to work for Zerorez. This was the second time he was at our house and he w as s able to look up all the details from his last visit to be able to recommend what to do this time. Nice young man.
Nathan was great. I started out with the 3 room deal but ended up cleaning almost my whole house, getting product and the extra protectorant. He was very helpful and friendly to my cat. The carpets look great though it take over 24 hours for them to dry.
He arrived early and right to work. He was exact in how long it would take and completed the work on time and overcame obstacles, the space to move the equipment between the washer & dryer.
