The carpet we had cleaned was old and tired and very stained. Our technician worked very hard to get it was clean as he possibly could since we aren't replacing the carpet for a few months. He was prompt, professional and we were so pleased with his hard work and the outcome!

Fast and efficient and extremely friendly and explained service well. The carpet stayed wet for a few days I was a bit concerned about that.
