btw my score is a zero... not a 9 as shown above. your phone system sucks. it puts you on hold and after a period of time it disconnects you. that's poor. you can't talk to a rep unless they call you. that's poor customer service. the cleaning tech was late due to equipment issues and missed a floor in one room... other than that his service was fine.

I loved our service and our service technician mike r. He was very informative and respectful of our home. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and gave us just what we needed.

I like having confidence that the cleaning products will not harm my cats. The service person was thorough and efficient. He got ALL my stains out and I trust the biologic treatment has left everything safe and healthy.

It was a little more expensive than I thought as I had understood that the Acidic Treatment would be a one time charge of $30 for all and not for EACH of the four rooms. This was disappointing.

Otherwise I am happy with the service.
