The technician was professional and took the time to do an excellent job. The carpet smells and looks like new! We had many pet stains that had been there for some time that while not eliminated entirely, would not be noticeable to someone not looking for them. Thanks for "saving" my carpet. I was making a last ditch effort before I replaced it and it looks awesome. I highly recommend over competitors that I have used previously.

I like that they utilize green products. The service is friendly, do NOT try to push add-ons/upgrades, and have a consultative approach when it comes to services. They got the job done in a timely manner, and my carpets look and smell fantastic.
