Super simple - Zeroz has a separate rug processing entrance. I dropped off my rug, needed it back in 10 days and they made that work. It's a big/heavy, thick shag rug so I was worried about how it would turn out and it turned out great! Looks so much better and the dog smell is gone. I thought it was a fair price as well.
