It was a fantastic experience. Mason, my tech, was very polite, respectful and informative. He told me what he was going to do and why, unlike my last carpet cleaning experience where it took the tech less than 30 minutes to set everything up, "clean" the lower level carpet and steps ... and there was no fan used for anything!

Did a great job on the carpet. I was disappointed the closet in one of the bedrooms was not cleaned. This isn't a walk in closet. I would think that should be part of the cleaning service when a bedroom is done.

I absolutely love that there isn't a strong chemical smell to my carpet after getting cleaned. It smells fresh and clean! The technician was amazing at explaining everything to me, and helping me with my carpet needs. He did an incredible job.

I like the professional people and the products certainly help the carpet. I've used you I think around 3 times. My only concern this time was the guys seemed to be in a hurry. After they left I looked at the carpet and felt more time could have been given to the spots on the carpet that needed to be taken out. I can still see most of them so felt they could have been more focused on getting them out instead of being in such a hurry. Sorry!
