I couldn't be more pleased by the service I've received. A water heater accident left a strip of carpet very dirty right after Zerorez had cleaned it. The tech, Les, came back yesterday and took care of the problem and assured me if that visit didn't do it he's be happy to come back. No charge. Wow.
