I’ve used Zerorez twice and I’ve been surprised how good my carpet looks after it’s clean. There is no heavy smell and the carpet dries quickly.

The grout work on my front doorway and bathrooms look like they did when first installed. Also the stains in my dressing room are no longer on the carpet

They carpet looks great when finished. We have a little dog that sometimes has an accident, we have the spot cleaner and the zero stink spray and it is great.
We have zerorez come out every year before we put up our Christmas tree.
