Always do a great job in cleaning carpets. Techs are very respectful of your home and belongings and their clean-up is great. Leaves the house smelling “fresh”.
My only service improvement would be for the tech to show you the actual invoice before the cleaning starts as it may be different than the phone estimate.

I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone! My carpet looks spectacular and all the stains our out from my dog's puppy days. On top of how great my carpet looks, my technician, David M., was the best guy ever. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was a great conversationalist and he was so kind to my dog.
