Staff efficiency and speed of service

I liked that I was called in advance of Darrell’s arrival. The thoroughness of the work. The pride Darrell felt in working for the company and his ability to do a great job.
I am however concerned about the length of time it’s taking for our stair steps to dry. We don’t have any fans and they are noticeably wet more than 24 hours later.

The technician was a hard worker and did a good job on our dirty carpets.

Its convenient, thorough. The carpets smell clean and they dry quickly. The service techs are careful about protecting the edges of walls, etc.
