My 15 year old carpet got a facelift! The process was surprisingly fast. I was amazed with how well everything looked. Our technician, Blaze, was amazing. Super nice, friendly, and very thorough. I liked that he was honest about what stains would be more difficult than others. He delivered on everything we needed. We will definitely have ZeroRez back out again for additional rooms now that we know what to expect.

Nate was great and flexible in coming out and providing us with a competitive bid. Mike was friendly and him and his team were quick in getting the carpet removed and installed.

There was a lot of excess carpet strands on the new carpet, I'm not sure if they vacuum once they are done, but that would be an added bonus to add that service, as a final touch.
