The job always comes out an the carpet looks nice when they leave no smell just a nice feeling knowing they did the best job possible.

The employee was very informative about my options. He also accepted my decisions about not having the extra option done. I dislike when a sales person pushes too much

He also explained the process. He got out a stain I could not get out. He used a deodorizer because of the dog. The carpets came out clean and were dry the next day

He also warned us about walking on the carpet and then on a non carpeted floor could be very slippery.

I also liked being able to do a call back for the extra pet treatment paying only the extra charge that was offered the first time
