This is the second time I've used ZEROREZ. Both times I've been so very pleased! It was easy to make an appointment, the service people showed up on time and were anxious to make sure I was satisfied. They did a wonderful job pre-spot cleaning and the entire carpet looks like new!

The carpet looks like new again.

We like the clean and residue free nature of using water over chemicals. The technician was friendly and helpful and not in any way coercive in his approach, to try and up sell or deceive in any way. He was efficient and quick and there were constant updates and reminders prior to the appointment.

Everything. From the awsome technicians being able to dish the dirt on cleaning carpets so you as a home owner or renter knows what it takes. The fact that NO powdered residuals from over chemicalizing the cleaning process is fantastic.
