It has a very fresh & clean smell to it, so I know there aren't harsh chemicals being used to cover or mask odors, but rather actually cleaning the chairs and carpet. The gentleman that was doing the cleaning was very knowledgeable about the products and the process and explained everything to me before he started and 2 days later we are still happy with the results. We have used other places in the past and I'm not sure what took us so long to use Zerorez, but we won't be using other services ever again!

Your products really work. What made me a repeat customer was. I filled my new hummingbird feeder and while walking outside it cracked, and i had the red food colored liquid all over my sky blue carpet. I cleaned it the best i could and called zerorez. I couldn't believe how good it looked. Still a happy customer.
