We had Dash as our service tech and he did a great job. He was timely, friendly and professional and did a great job on three of our rooms that all needed bio jobs done. The results have been great, all smells gone and very clean!

I like that it dries very quickly. It also seems that there is more power and suction because it's not a stand alone unit. Our carpets and stairs turned out very nice and clean!

We needed to have the carpets cleaned before our mom's house could be sold. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly; the fellow that did the cleaning did an amazing job and we would not hesitate to ask for him if/when we have any additional need for carpet cleaning.

I like that it worked. My basement carpet was a disaster with stains everywhere and I can’t find one stain right now. I love how it’s safe for pets and children especially since I’m a daycare provider and I have a dog. I can’t believe how fast the cleaning was done. I thought it was going to take al day but it took an hour.

Easy scheduling, clean process and easy to deal with at my home

I was thoroughly impressed with how well Zerorez worked for my old, dirty carpeting. I have pets and over the years, my Hoover shampooer just wasn't cutting it any longer. My carpeting now looks nearly new, and it is 15 years old! Amazing results...I am thrilled! And the technicians who came out were very polite and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. A wonderful experience all around!
