The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing very well

The website was not user friendly as when I had put in all my information, I then could not select a date/time that fit my schedule and had to call a rep. Raven(?) was helpful and kind. Nathan our service rep, was on time, called ahead of our time as requested, did a walk thru and explained the process. He worked efficiently and did a wonderful job. TY for a wonderful experience.

The team that came out was fantastic. The carpet looks great! They were informative and communicated well. One of the team was being trained in and the woman performing the training was very knowledgeable. We've always had great experiences with Zerorez and this is more of the same.

The tech was wonderful! He took the time to ensure corner protectors were in place so not to damage the walls and protected the hard wood floors as well. He explained things well and was very friendly!

The reputation of Zeroez is very good, and this, my first, experience was likewise very good. The technician was prompt, early by 15 minutes in fact. He was hardworking and also friendly. if he was surprised that I was curious to see the inside of his truck, he took it in stride. I liked seeing the sample of dirty water from his day of appointments, and I truly appreciated that I was given a pair of booties when I asked.

The service tech was patient, thorough and very nice. He took the time to explain things to me. It was also faster than I expected. Great service!

Carpets look great, dried fast and but also put fans around the house to help with the drying time but was drying fast before we brought back a couple more fans to help speed up the drying time. We had a great guy doing all the work, his name was Al. i highly recomment Zerorez!!

This was my first time using a carpet cleaning company and I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. Blaise, our technician, called ahead of time to see if he could start earlier, as he was ahead of schedule. We had an extremely busy day planned out, so this helped immensely with getting things moving along.

From the moment Blaise arrived until he completed the job and left, he was nothing short of amazing! His level of customer service - from knowledge of the products, friendliness, to explaining each step of the process in-depth - was top notch! He worked quickly and efficiently, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for my family.

I will definitely be using your services again, not only because of the great products, but because of the genuinely-caring and knowledgeable technicians. I will be requesting Blaise for our next cleaning!!

We have a small dog and with any pet, accidents can and do happen and even though you think you may have cleaned up the spots well, it doesn’t mean that that is always the case. The service tech was great at seeking out any spots that may have posed a problem if not properly treated. He did a great job.

They were on time and courteous and didn't try to upsell.

The young man that we had was efficient and hardworking. We needed to call him back not because he was at fault, but because some of the carpet stains did not show up in the day time and after dark it was much more apparent. So he came back and did a wonderful job and we are very happy with almost all of the rug. Some of it is up for grabs but I don't think it is his fault ;
this carpet is 21 years old and although we have tried to keep it up with cleanings, some of the soil has become shadows and does not want to come up.

Over all, I would have zerorez back again. I love the idea that we do not have to worry about soap residue.

Great service!

Worker listened to what and where to clean. He wore booties. Before leaving he asked if everything looked good was responsive when I asked him to go over a troublesome spot.

It worked well removing stains and Ethan was very knowledgeable and helpful!
