We are so thrilled with Daryl, our technician. He was amazing!! He went above & beyond any other technician ever has for us in the past. He is very efficient, kind & really enjoys his work. He is an asset to Zerorez!! We also appreciate the non invasive scent of your products. Everything looks so much better than it did prior to Daryl’s arrival. We highly recommend Zerorez!! We also had our entryway tile done. It looks like new!! We bought our home three years ago. We knew the grout was dingy, tried to get it clean but the few products we used didn’t work. Daryl worked his magic & got it so clean that it looks like new!! Thank you Daryl, thank you Zerorez!!

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the idea of no chemicals in my rug or air to breathe. Ionized water cleans exceptionally well. Most stains come out of the rug. You can definitely see a huge difference after it is cleaned. The drying time is quick because they don’t shoot slot of water into the rug. I am a happy camper!

Richie who did the job was serious about making sure I knew what he was doing. He was great customer focused and a nice young man. He definitely want to do the best job possible. He got a good work out. We were please with his work.
