Your representative was very thorough with his questions to evaluate our cleaning needs. He was clear about what results we could expect for very old carpet stains. He was congenial and treated our house with respect. He did a fantastic job in his estimated time frame. Our house does not have a chemical smell remaining. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

The technician was punctual, personable, and effiecient. He did an excellent job both cleaning and answering questions. He seemed to really know why certain results occurred in cleaning, such as why a certain stain couldn 't be removed. We are very happy with the results.
