Incredible service! Kevin, the Zerorez Technician, was as professional as they come. Organized, meticulously clean in setting up the equipment, efficient and pleasant to talk to. He described the available services, their benefits in clear terms and went about the business of making the carpets perfectly clean. His clean up was as precise as his set up and left things like he was never there, except for the clean and drying carpets.
The workers were efficient,quick, friendly and professional. We like your company because there is no residue left on the carpets. Our carpets look great.
Our Technician, Shane, was amazing! He was very conscientious, respectful and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each of them during and after the cleaning. We have 2 dogs and there were areas that had a horrible smell due to vomiting, urine and diahrea. Zerorez was able to remove the smell!!!! I didn’t think it was possible. The house smells so much better, too! Thank you very much , Shane!!!!
