Tom was the person who came in and cleaned. From the moment he walked up the driveway we felt very comfortable to have him in our home. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond. We have a medically fragile daughter and he worked around her needs. Will definitely have Zerorez back!
I was pleased with how my carpet turned out after the cleaning and would highly recommend your services to my friends. I did feel the person may not have been physically up to the work as he was out of breath pulling the hoses to the house and stopped times to catch his breath. He was a very pleasant person and very personable but also pushy to sell extra services. I was told the carpet would change color somewhat and if I didn't have the steps done it would be noticeable. I opted not to have the steps done and there isn't a noticeable difference between the steps and carpet. I was not real pleased with the dining room chairs that he cleaned. All that was done was a cloth rubbed over the material to get the stains out. Most of the stains did come out but not all.

Our tech was awesome. I would hire him again. Can you ensure he’s listed on our records. Was super thorough. I kay have a bigger job for a new house in 1.5 months but want the same technician.

I love Zerorez because of last years appointment I had for my upstairs rugs. This year I had those nasty urine stains from our 15 year old dog. Well because I didn’t have my rugs cleaned often enough the scotch gaurding didn’t last so they were unable to remove the stains. Every 18 months to 2 years is recommended. Now I know! Thanks Zerorez!
