My home does not smell chemically....carpets got very clean and they feel so great!

Arrived on time (early actually) and introduced themselves properly, put on booties and we toured my home. They helped move a few pieces of furniture and a plastic/cloth "door" was attached, keeping heat in the home. Hardwood floors were protected with a drop cloth. Carpets were pre-treated, then shampooed. It took about an hour before they packed up along with the dirty carpet water. Professional and courteous staff. Carpets and stairways look great! Thank you!

This was my second service scheduled with Zerorez. I would definitely use their services again. The staff from the phone scheduler to the carpet technician were professional, friendly and easy to work with. The technician took time to explain what they were doing step by step and was vey thorough. I will be a repeat customer!
