The field supervisor who arrived was polite and neat in appearance. I showed the rooms to him and was no nonsense went right to work. He had a confidence and experience to do the job. He even removed some stubborn spots I couldn't.

The big room carpet cleaning is not done right as there are black marks. We are getting our new dining table, and this area will never be cleaned. Also, we would like our sofa to be cleaned and the price quoted was far more than the first time your company did in July of 2023.
