My impression with a company merger ........is not much would change, only get better like the advertisement states.
In this case only the customer information was sold, NOTHING is the same as the company I had used the passed two years.

Carpets are super clean! The technician was wonderful. Did a great job! (I think his name was Bryan.) he was very professional and curtious.

Our ZEROREZ technician Brett was prompt, friendly and courteous as he explained to us what he was going to do and approximately how long the process would take. He was very efficient bringing the equipment upstairs to our second story apartment, and did a thorough job in each room. My girlfriend and I were surprised he was able to remove some of the most stubborn stains from high traffic areas like the front entrance, given that we have very light colored, almost white, carpets. Overall, we we're very impressed with the fast professional service experience provided by ZEROREZ and technician Brett Spence, and will definitely be using them in the future. When you need professional, non-toxic cleaning of tile, grout, flooring, stairs, or carpeting, ZEROREZ is the only place to call.

I love the clean smell after Zerorez is done cleaning our carpets and/or tile. There is no perfume or soap smell and I feel good knowing I have just had our home flooring cleaned of dirt, dog and cat hair, saliva and spit-up or anything else that may have spilled, in the healthiest way possible. Every tech I have ever had has been super nice and professional and has been on time. They call just before heading over to the house so I can meet them there at the same time and I appreciate being able to do this. They are quick and efficient tp get the job done and get out. I wouldn't use anyone else.
