Great serviceman
Service was great! It just took more than 24 hours to dry.
I have used zerorez for over 15 years and they keep our carpet looking like new. No residue that causes spots to reappear.
I have been with you folks for a very long time and wouldn't think of going to any other carpet cleaner. The young man who just cleaned my carpet was very professional, friendly and did a GREAT job.

I was happy to get an appointment so quickly. Robert was kind, efficient and explained the process clearly. The rooms look great. Great care was given to prevent damage during the process. No chemical smells or sticky floors.
I like that it is fast and cleans without a lot of chemicals. The gentleman that clean 6 rooms and a hall and did a fantastic job.
Matt is great. But the offices communication is horrible. Calling me to remind me of an appointment I set 1 year ago 4 days before is not good customer service. It should be a call at least 2 weeks inadvance

Your employe was great. My dog ate an ink pen on my carpet. What a mess! Zerorez was able to remove the ink and the carpet is now perfect. Wow, you create miracles!

The owner had cleaned the carpets but they didn’t look so great, and I really wanted the beds cleaned too, id done a few spots with a handheld Bissel and it was a drag.
