Quick appointment & on time service
Thank you for your service on our carpet. The technician was very professional. We will use Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning.
They are always great about responding quickly and able to make appointments within a day or two which is critical for pet accidents!
I do think that your office should look at the truck that was sent to our house, it had big dents, paint scratched and rust holes - not the usual clean trucks that match your branding,
Jorge called and came earlier to clean the carpets. It was great that he came earlier.
He did a great job and was done in 45 minutes. He had a long enough hose to use the regular cleaner instead of the portable one that another tech used last time. The carpet was not soaked
and dried quickly. I will make sure I get Jorge the next time.

Cleaned well!
1) Your tech arrived on time and completed the job within the predicted time frame.
2) To my utter surprise, he was able to remove most of the stains. We have a couple of pet stains that persist.
3) He was very professional in his activity.
4) I think that we'll probably do it again in six months.

Carla, Sal and Jeff were terrific! The worn carpets, with lots of black spots, had not been cleaned for a very long time, and Jeff did a wonderfully professional job in bringing them back to life! Special thanks go to Sal and Carla, too, who were able to fit me into their busy schedule, even though I misunderstood the scheduling process. I will gladly refer this well-run, professional company to all who ask!
Fair price, good cleaning job
I found Xavier's performance to be lacking. Typically, we rely on Jorge for our cleaning needs, but he was not available this time. The closet area appeared to be uncleaned, and we had to remove what seemed to be extraction residue from the corners ourselves. Although we requested a special for three rooms and a hallway, the technician only managed to clean one bedroom, a small closet, and the hallway. At the conclusion of the service, we were informed that cleaning the stairs would incur an additional charge of $75, bringing the total bill to $275, which also included a $36 service fee. While I have had positive experiences with Zerorez in the past, this situation has prompted me to consider other options for our next carpet cleaning.

I just had my carpet cleaned yesterday and I was so impressed by how nice my carpet looks. I’ve already recommended Zerorez to two of my friends. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail he showed. An example of this is the use of plastic barriers used to cover the edges of the door frames so they don’t get damaged. I am even going to choose Zerorez to clean my hardwood floors as my next spring cleaning project.
