Didnt mention all the "spots" left in bedroom arouns chair. Said it was like new. Saw this after carpet dried for inspection. Called ,eroez & tbey were very nice & will come again to correct. Also carpet so.ewhar "crunchy" what do they use to create this. Last company i had left carpet very soft. Probably used distilled water. Big difference also in price thpugh.

Our carpets are old and were so dirty so we called Zerorez and asked for Jorge at Zerorez to return. He has been here a couple of times before and he has always done an amazing job. Our carpets look new and smell fresh after his visit. He always gives extra attention to the heavy traffic areas and spots. The areas that were looking matted down and dirty are now perky and bright. We truly appreciate the fact that Jorge and his assistant were early. He always calls ahead of time to make sure that he is not inconveniencing us in any way. They were quick and efficient.
