Zerorez got most of the petstains out even on light carpet. At first it seemed super clean, but after a few days i notice some stains are reappearing a little. Overall above my expectations!

The people who do the cleaning are the most important part to me. They always do a get job on my white carpet. Eduardo Valencia did recent cleaning. My carpet was in bad shape and he did a great job. I appreciate using only water and no chemicals.
Your guy was great! My only complaint is that you missed the arrival window time and I had to cancel an appointment.
