I put off getting a stained area on my entry carpet worked on for over two years. The stain was spray paint fog that had settled on the carpet from refinishing our front door. Although everything was covered with plastic, the fog somehow got through and settled on an 11 ft. x
1 1/2 ft. area. I tried cleaning it myself without worthwhile results. A mailer (Flier) from Zerorez came and I hung on to it thinking I might do something about it later. I had it on my desk for several months. Finally, last week, I thought, I'd give them a try, thinking they can't make it worse. Their man came out and in about 45 minutes he did the impossible. It looks fantastic!

Maurice was great but....the 'cleaned' areas of the rug continued to smell like mildew/dirt even after it was dry. Was forced to repeatedly use a powdered rug refresher for a week until that scent finally overpowered the residual smell.
After my Zerorez carpet cleaning there is absolutely no sticky residue unlike other cleaning methods. The Technicians are thorough and professional. I think this type of carpet solvent has kept my carpets looking new.

The technician, Eduardo, worked very hard to get the dirt out of our white carpet. He did the best job of anyone who has cleaned carpet for us. I definitely will request him again.

While I was very satisfied with the techs performance, I feel your $65 fee (for rooms over 3) is a rip off as it was only for the area around a queen size bed in a small bedroom. I questioned the tech and he indicated there was no other option.
That policy leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I will look to other companies in the future as I view it as poor customer service and a "bait & switch" tactic

Great service from Zerorez! The guys were very neat, organized and efficient. My carpets look like new again. Of course there are some small areas that show wear but overall they look amazing. I have used Zerorez in the past and I will use them again when the need arises.

Aaron was great. He called several times in the morning before arrival to update me on his ETA. He cleaned the couch, which I added on last minute, and he washed our rug that was able to be washed in house. He loaded the rest of the rugs into his van for the service to wash in the factory, as they were more delicate. He was very careful to call his company and consult them about whether the rugs should be taken in or washed on site. The only thing is that ZeroRez only sends out one employee per service, so I had to help him carry the furniture off the rugs and one of the heavy rugs to the van. Otherwise, he said they do come back another day if no one is able to help lift. Thank you very much, Aaron!
