I have been using Zero Rez for over 20 years. The products used are gentle but very effective. The service people are well trained, efficient , and very pleasant. My carpets look brand new when the job is done. And my carpets are over 20 years old.
Carpet cleaning was done promptly and the carpets came out clean.
Lower prices or have a special price for upholstery cleaning. Over $600 for 2 chairs. Couch and love seat plus area rug
Sal always does an excellent job cleaning the carpet on our stairs, down our hallway, and in our three bedrooms! Our carpet always looks and feels so clean after his yearly visits!! I highly recommend Zero Rez and Sal to clean your carpets or upholstery for you! He does an awesome job and it very professional too.

I was given a quote for tile cleaning based on past cleaning (which I was very satisfied with), when the technician came the price was increased. He indicated that the quote wasn't based by square footage any longer and there is a lack of communication between the scheduling department and the technicians. I reluctantly had the work completed as I had moved all of the furniture and was on a time constraint due to a scheduled open house. When the technician left, there were dark/dirt spots on my carpet on the stairs and down the hallway as well as scratches in the paint on the wall where a corner protector was placed. I contacted the company immediately and didn't receive a timely response. I ended up having to clean the carpets and touch up the paint myself due to the time constraint. I played phone tag with the manager and was given no compensation or even any concern for the additional cost, effort and time on my part to resolve the issues myself. I was dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, care to detail and customer support.
Rep was very courteous and nice. Did an excellent job on our old carpet. Looks great. Didn't rush the job even though we were his last job of the day.

Marcel was a consummate professional who knows his business well. He not only did a wonderful job in restoring our carpets to look like new, he went above and beyond to make sure our area rug could safely dry without damaging our wood floor. He gave us very useful advice about carpet care and was friendly and meticulous in his work. We are so pleased with our first ZeroRez experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Every person that comes to my house is professional and does a great job. They offer options and let me know the reasons why I may or may not want to add on to my service. They never push me, but instead are very consultative and thoughtful. I appreciate all of that. Whoever is running this company is doing a great job and really the quality of employees is what makes it special. Also, the products are clean and safe for your home environment. That means a lot to me. I will not use chemicals in my home. I’ve been using Zerorez for many years. Thank you for your quality offerings. The service person on this last appointment was especially excellent. A+ service!
