Impeccable cleaning and nice staff
Great work!
l have 2500 ft.² of cream colored carpet. It stays cleaner since I have been using Zeroez to clean my carpet than it did previously with other cleaning companies. I believe it’s because of their process. The dirt does not stick to soap or other cleaners used to clean the carpet. I definitely have found that their carpet protector does protect against spots and worth the extra expense.
Zeroez’ prices are reasonable. I also have to give recognition to Maurice. Of the individuals who have come out over the course of the last several years, he has come twice and he gets spots out and that others couldn’t and is extremely conscientious and thorough.

Booking was easy. I messed up on dates but they adjusted quickly to my desired time and day. Reminders were timely and not at all annoying. I got a call the day of -if the technician could come early but it was too early so he waited for sometime. Cleaning was professional and he took the time to dry high traffic areas thoroughly. The carpets dried within a few hours.The equipment was not noisy like traditional carpet cleaning. My carpets look and feel clean. Overall a great experience.

Most importantly, though, is how well the carpets turn out and how long they stay clean. I’d tried several other carpet cleaning companies and was always disappointed with how quickly the carpet got dirty again—that doesn’t happen with Zerorez. The limited chemicals used
First off, Zerorez refused to even try to clean my area rugs. But more egregiously, there was a giant stain on one of my carpets that I was trying to get up. I understand that some stains cannot be removed, and I'm okay with that. But the technician kept insisting that he couldn't see the stain. It was literally a giant red circle about 2' in diameter that was super clear and obvious, but he insisted that he could see it. I took a picture of it, and pointed to it on the picture, and he insisted that he couldn't see it.
The only rational explanation I can think of is that the tech was colorblind, either that or he was just being obstinate for the sake of being obstinate.
To be clear, I understand that some stains cannot be removed, but it's hard to have a rational conversation with someone when they are insisting that what is plainly visible isn't there. I still have the photos that I showed the guy (which he insists do not show a stain).
Overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience - which is unlike any of the multiple previous times I have used zerorez. I was very disappointed in the whole thing.
