Friendly technicians and finished quickly
Julio Castro, my service tech, was great at keeping me informed of his arrival time and then explaining what he was going to do and the cost of the service before he got started. Once he got started, he was very thorough in making sure his job was well done. He was respectful of my property, putting up bumper guards so the hoses left no scuff marks on the baseboards. He did everything he could to make the cleaning process as easy and stress free as possible.
A live person answers phone calls….and a live person responds to arrange an appointment date and time. And a live person actually arrives oat the appointment time to address and take care of one’s needs.

Zero Rez is on time and does a really good job of cleaning the carpets and without using soap so you don’t have residue stains later
