Your technicians are very thorough and removed spots I didn't think would come out.
My carpet looks very good...now time will tell how long it will take for the spots to return.
I do like the idea of no detergents or chemicals as it only makes sense these would just make the dirt attraction worse.
I cannot say enough nice things about the young man who did the service, Daniel Haire. He was extremely polite and helpful and did a beautiful job.

When the carpet dried it was stiff and had “scratch “ marks like a rake. After it was vacuumed it was less obvious. I can’t think of any way to make it better. Chris can call me if he wants to.
