I like the friendliness and professionalism of our server, Robert; I like the cleanliness and appearance of the finished services; I like the reasonableness of the price!
Upstairs looked good, except the divot I specifically asked to be filled and told it would be (it wasn’t), but the downstairs floor was still visibly dirty, including the area I specifically pointed out to the crew and was told could be cleaned.

Zerorez shows up on time, is careful with my walls and furniture and cleans my carpets without soap! Stains do not keep reappearing!

The cleaning tech charged me for deodorizing my carpet and he didn’t do it (dishonest)! There was miscommunication between myself, the office ladies and the cleaning tech on what was included in my total price. I have called the office MULTIPLE TIMES asking for a refund and still haven’t gotten it 2 weeks later even though I was told many the supervisor Jennifer you would get the refund by 10 days. I called again to speak to her to ask why and no one called me back for 3 days. Very dis satisfied. Will do my part to make sure no one I know has to deal with this company.

Figure out how to keep what happened to my first appointment from happening again. You gave me an appointment time and date but no one showed up. You did fix this with a second appointment, and that technician did a great job.

The technician, Robert Downs, has always asked for our specific requests on the cleaning of our carpets in our home. He is careful with the furniture in our home, and assists us with moving the larger items as we are seniors and have difficulty moving heavy objects at times.
We would recommend Robert as a superior technician, to any of our friends that may call Zerorez for service.
